  • Qualified & Experienced Agents — Bear’s Relocation Director distributes incoming leads to the most qualified and experienced Bear agents who must meet stringent standards in order to qualify for the buyer and seller leads. If you need a property sold, Bear has a comprehensive marketing strategy which incorporates print, internet and television advertising.

  • Expense Management — one unique relocation service Bear offers to it’s selling clients is expense management. When Bear lists a relocation property, it will manage the utility bills, lawn care, snow removal and any other peripheral service required. Additionally, Bear offers other requisite services that may be required such as painting, pest control and taking care of basic repairs.
